To make a claim is sample. If you confirm and without doubt that we ship the wrong item to you

| Send an acknowledgment email to care@pchub.com. |
| Please state the invoice number and the reason for the return in your email. |

We would reply in an email to give direction of shipping back to us the items in its original packaging.

| Shipping cost |

Since we make mistake for sending the wrong item, we pay for all the cost for your shipping it back to us and our shipping out the replacement to you.

| Replacement or refund |
| Upon receiving the item, within 48 hours, a replacement would be sent out to you |

In case we do not have the stock for the replacement, we would make a full refund to you within 48 hours. The refund shell includes the shipping cost you pay for shipping back the item to us.

Any items received by you over 7 days, sent to our address without our consent would be returned with no exception.
