RMA Under Warranty


No RMA number is necessary for this claim.

To make a claim is sample, just send an acknowledgment email to care2@pchub.com with the information of the detail of defective or non-functioning of the item/s and the Invoice Number

In some of our past cases the claimed defects are actually due to improper method of usage and some other reasons that might be solved with our technical support.

Proceed To Shipping

We would reply to your email within 48 hours to give direction to ship it back in its original packaging to our address stated in our invoice.

Shipping cost

You pay for the cost of shipping back the item to us and we pay for sending back the repaired or replaced item to you.

Condition And Method Of Refund

In any event pchub.com could not repair or replace the item within 14 days from the date the item received by our repair center, we shall refund the full cost of the item and the shipping cost you pay for shipping the item back to us.

Method Of Refund would be the same method as the original method of payment on the invoice

You may wish to claim it under the Money Back Warranty should you no long need the part.

Any items received by you over 7 days, sent to our address without our consent would be returned with no exception.

Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded.
